What things do you do to stay healthy?
Being a housekeeper.. i get plenty of exercise..i try to drink alot of water.. i do crunches and play dance games on Wii.. go for walks with my son & ride bike :) I try to eat healthy but it’s hard when everything is pretty much fattening and anything healthy is spendy.
